Four Square Update

The simple aesthetics and classic proportions of a four square style home were not sacrificed with the addition of modern spaces. Removing the former back wall of the kitchen allows the once confined kitchen to now overlook a family sized breakfast room. The progression down to the backyard continues from the breakfast room to a sun filled family room on grade with the patio outside. Surrounded by french doors, double hung and transom windows, radiant heated floors ensure the family room remains a gathering space year round. A home office and guest suite were added to the second floor.
